Named after the Indian Gaur, Kaati is an 800 sq. ft. rustic forest-view cottage overlooking a crystal-clear stream, plantations, and the dense Western Ghats. Thoughtfully crafted with handpicked woodwork, antique doors, and traditional oxide flooring, the space spans two levels connected by an internal staircase. Perfect for couples, families, or groups of up to six, Kaati features three comfortable queen beds and well-appointed bathrooms with a convertible two-person bathtub. Outside, a private campfire space awaits for memorable evenings fully immersed in nature.

- 2 Extra Beds per Cottage.
- Kids Charges: 5 Yrs & below complimentary, 5-10 Yrs 50%, 10 & above full charge.
- Cancellation: No refund within 48 hrs of check-in. Earlier cancellations receive a 3 month valid credit note.
- Meals: Add dinner (+₹250 per person) or all meals — lunch & dinner (+₹500 per person), or order à la carte from the Menu of the Day.
