KaatiKaadu is a vacation in slow motion. Steering clear of the hurried and unsustainable tourism, KaatiKaadu is about revisiting memories of summer holidays at an ancestral home.
Simplicity is at the forefront of our offering. This property is located in Sakleshpur on the periphery of modern-day comforts. So, this is definitely not your home away from home. This is a home away in the wild.
As avid bikers and travel enthusiasts, we look forward to our guests exploring the joy of unchartered holidays at KaatiKaadu. We aspire to grow a fruit forest here based on the permaculture principle. Beekeeping also has been on our minds since the first time we relished wild honey in this region.

One of the most unique stays I have ever had. The bamboo cottages are stunning, the food incredible, and the team goes above and beyond.
KaatiKaadu is pure magic. We came for two nights and wished we'd stayed a week. The off-road trails, the star gazing, the warm hosts — everything was perfect.
Took our entire group for a long weekend. The dorm was perfect. Campfire, river trek, off-roading — we did it all. The food was absolutely delicious.

Check-in is at 1:30 PM (the forest takes time to wake up too) and check-out is at 11 AM (leave before the birds start gossiping about you).

Pet Charges: ₹850/pet per Day.
Pet Meals: ₹450/pet per Day.
BYOD: We don’t serve alcohol in-house, but you can bring your own drinks. Just remember that KaatiKaadu is a space for quiet connection with nature, not a party destination. Kindly keep music at a low volume after 10:00 PM and avoid Bluetooth speakers near the cottages.
Food Orders: Breakfast is 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM, Lunch is 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM, and Dinner is 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM. À la carte orders close at 10:30 PM.
Cancellations within 48 hours receive no refunds. For earlier cancellations, you will receive a credit note (non-transferable, valid for 3 months) as your forest rain check.
