Rules & Policies
Please read these carefully to ensure a smooth stay at KaatiKaadu.
The Vibe Check
Rules of the Forest
This isn't a resort. It's KaatiKaadu - a space where nature sets the rules and you just flow along. Before you unpack, here are a few wild-friendly reminders...
BYOD (Bring Your Own Drink)
We don't serve alcohol in-house, but hey you can bring your own Drink, your stories, your cheers! Just remember: nature loves good vibes.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in at 1:30 pm (the forest takes time to wake up too) and check-out at 11 am (leave before the birds start gossiping about you).
Forest Caution
Got kids? Keep an eye on them - the forest is magical, but not exactly childproof.
Leeches & Critters
Monsoons bring leeches. Don't panic - our staff knows the tricks. Also, expect bugs, worms, and maybe a curious wildlife visitor if you're lucky. (Relax, no big cats on the guest list... yet.)
Hot Water & Patience
Hot water is available, but if the power naps out, so should you. The forest doesn't rush, why should we?
Animal Friends
Say hello to Denver, Berlin, Moscow, Nairobi, Stockholm, Lisbon, Meenamma and Bulla... Got a furry buddy? Bring them along - we're a pet-friendly jungle!
Do Not Trash Your Travel
Keep KaatiKaadu Clean = Keep the Vibes Green. Bins love butts, plastics & wrappers - the forest doesn't. Forget once? We'll remind you. Forget twice? Say hello to our ₹1,000 "Lazy Cleaner Tax." Keep KaatiKaadu wild, not dirty!
Music & Noise
KaatiKaadu is a space for quiet connection with nature, not a party destination. Kindly keep music at a low volume after 10:00 PM and avoid Bluetooth speakers near the cottages. Be mindful of fellow guests who come here seeking peace, stillness, and nature.
Strictly Not Allowed :
- Loud or unruly behavior
- Smoking inside rooms
- Drugs, weapons or illegal substances
Bookings & Cancellation
Cancel within 48 hours = sorry, no refunds. Cancel earlier = you get a credit note (non-transferable, valid 3 months). Think of it as your forest rain check.
KaatiKaadu is not a hotel. It's an escape. Respect the forest, respect each other, and most importantly - slow down, breathe, and let the wilderness do its thing.
Campsite & Tents
Washrooms are located about 50 meters away from the campsite area.
Terms & Conditions
By booking a stay at KaatiKaadu, you agree to comply with all "Rules of the Forest" and respect the local ecosystem and fellow guest's privacy.
