During your Stay...
As you explore KaatiKaadu, we would appreciate your attention to the following:
- Alcohol is not served within the property. You are most welcome to BYOD ( Bring Your own Drink), Cheers!
- Check-in at 1:30pm, Check-out at 11am.
- We are right in the middle of a forest. Families with young kids are advised to supervise their kids and ensure they are accompanied while exploring the property.
- The lush greenery during monsoon also attracts leeches. Speak to our local staff on tips and tricks to dodge the leeches.
- Visit from the insects, and worms are common. And if you are lucky, you will spot some wildlife too. So, come prepared.
- We have amenities to provide hot water in the bathrooms. However, please be patient during a power outage.
- Animals are dear to us. You will be greeted by Tokyo and her sweet puppies, along with Lisa upon your arrival at the property. Bring along your pets and we would love to host them too.
- Additional pet charges of ₹850 per pet per day & add meals at ₹450 per day.

Activities & Adventures
A guided nature walk at KaatiKaadu is a must-do because the forest insists. Our staff will lead you through a well-marked trail where wildlife pops up uninvited, birds announce your arrival, and rare flora and fauna steal the spotlight.
Bird watching at KaatiKaadu is a real treat. With a stream on one side and deep forest on the other, it's basically a luxury resort for birds and a playground for bird lovers. Over 100 species live here, from hornbills to the striking serpent eagle. Just look up; the trees are full of surprises.
Stargazing at KaatiKaadu is a whole vibe. We're in Dark Zone 3 on the Bortle Scale, so the sky gets seriously dark in the best possible way. Catch the Milky Way on a clear night or just lie back and get lost in a sky sprinkled with more stars than your city eyes are used to.
Whether you want a quiet round of Chess or a chaotic game of UNO, our indoor shelf is growing nicely.
Outdoors, it's all action with Cricket, Badminton, and Volleyball. Ask our team and they'll hand over whatever you're in the mood for.
This is KaatiKaadu's signature adventure and a guest favourite for a reason. First, we walk you through a gentle river trek — yes, right in the stream... and then we pop you onto a tube and let the forest give you its own version of a lazy pool ride back to the start.
Beyond the trek, the stream at KaatiKaadu is pure magic — clear, calm, and so inviting that guests often lose track of time. The banks are peaceful, private, and full of cozy nooks to relax with your loved ones. Just help us keep it pristine: no littering and no alcohol by the stream.

One of the most unique stays I have ever had. The bamboo cottages are stunning, the food incredible, and the team goes above and beyond.

Check-in is at 1:30 PM (the forest takes time to wake up too) and check-out is at 11 AM (leave before the birds start gossiping about you).
At KaatiKaadu, we believe vacations are even more special when shared with your furry companions. With vast open spaces, winding trails, and the calming embrace of nature, our estate is the perfect playground for your pets to explore and unwind.
Pet Charges: ₹850/pet per Day.
Pet Meals: ₹450/pet per Day.
BYOD: We don’t serve alcohol in-house, but you can bring your own drinks. Just remember that KaatiKaadu is a space for quiet connection with nature, not a party destination. Kindly keep music at a low volume after 10:00 PM and avoid Bluetooth speakers near the cottages.
Food Orders: Breakfast is 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM, Lunch is 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM, and Dinner is 8:30 PM – 11:00 PM. À la carte orders close at 10:30 PM.
Cancellations within 48 hours receive no refunds. For earlier cancellations, you will receive a credit note (non-transferable, valid for 3 months) as your forest rain check.
